Essentially when something (mainly the fingers and mouth) get covered in orange cheese dust from eating cheesy snacks (Cheetos, Doritos, etc)...

Person A: Dammit, why are your fingers so Cheetoey?
Person B: Because I love my Cheeto puffs!
