Carstrophobic

The feeling you get after being in a car for many hours, or even just a little while. It can be related to being claustrophobic, but only used when talking about cars.

Bill - "We need to pull over soon, I'm starting to get carstrophobic!

Steve - "Allright, just give me a minute and we can stop at this McDonalds.

The fear of driving on narrow streets, particularly in cities where cars are parked along the sides

As soon as I drove down Broad St., I immediately started feeling carstrophobic.
