A relationship mindset or status where emotional freedom, honesty, and personal growth are prioritized over control, secrecy, or performative connection. A cage-free person avoids manipulative dynamics, emotional entrapment, or cycles of withdrawal and reattachment. They seek open-hearted, non-coercive intimacy rooted in mutual respect, self-awareness, and clear boundaries.
We’re not labeling it yet, but it’s cage-free—just two people being honest, curious, and kind without pressure.

cage free egg

A filthy rich male who can't or won't buy themselves a scalp full of hair, even though they could build a research facility dedicated to a permanent cure for alopecia with a token amount of their wealth, never mind just grafting some rabbit fur on their head. Usually used in reference to an unattached male or bachelor (hence cage free), someone possessing significant wealth, affluent social status, or other specific and desirable personal qualities.
Jeff Bezos is the world's richest cage free egg.

free in a cage

When a man or a woman does not wear underwear.
Tim: Yeeah, I like this feeling! That's freedom, man! I'm wearing no underwear at the moment!
Rob: Well, you're free in a cage, huh?

Freedom Cage

A designated "protest zone", surrounded by barbed wire and armed guards. The Democratic Party set up such a zone several blocks away from their 2004 Convention, and it is likely these zones will become more and more frequent at national events in the future.
But the fact that somebody can use the words "freedom" and "cage" in the same sentence -- and still manage to maintain a straight face -- is simply amazing.
