The using of all capital letters over the internet; usually when chatting with someone.

CAPSLAP

When responding to a Facebook post, message or other written communication you reply in all CAPITAL LETTERS! This will show you are angry with the content or upset that you have to repeat yourself etc.

Q: I can't log into my computer, will somebody help me? (This question has already been answered at least 10 times)
A: DENISE I HAVE SHOWN YOU HOW TO DO THIS MANY TIMES!
Denise just got CAPSLAPPED!
