Butt Cape

A long flowing cape worn around the hips, and flows down past the knees.

Buttcape

A cape or cloth covering the rear end of a man or woman. If there is cloth on either or both sides of the hips, it would not be considered a butt cape, but a skirt with half of it cut off or just a plain old skirt.

Chun Li from Street Fighter really owns that buttcape look! Good for her!
