If someone is upset over something, they have "Busted a groany", and are probably upset. You should tell them, "Don't bust a groany!"

Dude 1: "Oh bro I'm pissed, I just spilled my milkshake!"
Dude 2: "Don't bust a groany dude, it's just a shake!"
