Top definition
The type of attire worn by American aid workers in post-Soviet countries that sneakily passes plaid (and often wool-based) clothing off as business casual attire in their professional workplace, often reinforcing one of two facts: a) all Americans are cowboys, or b) all Americans are, in fact, Canadians.
Female Volunteer: What's with the plaid shirt? Aren't we supposed to wear business casual when we go to work?
Male Volunteer: Correction, I am supposed to wear business plaisual to the office.
All Other Male Volunteers: Awesome!
