Crazy busy

Absolutely nothing, doing nothing, for example, if you are texting someone and they drop off the radar than text you later with that response, they're more than likely not interested. It means they haven't been busy, but "busy" enough not to respond.
Hey where have been, I haven't heard from you in a while.

Oh, hey sorry, I've just been crazy busy this week

Woman:I'm sorry I've been crazy busy I don't have time for anything else.=In reality she's just letting him down easily,If she were interested she would make time,There's 168 hours in a week and she can't make time to call him and talk for 15 minutes?
