Bubbular

A slipshod masterpiece. Something so minute but it’s incredibly useful. If for describing a person, it’s a welcome compliment in most family-oriented homes meaning an underdog. But it can also be an insult. It’s like an oxymoron use of a word that can swap places a lot depending on tone and context.
