a sneaky con-like tactic used by blacks in authority towards less fortunate blacks

ex.1 i went and asked for a job app. and they sent out a black person to tell me they are not hiring

ex.2 a black cop is the master of brothaman bullshit they will act cool as hell with you and still give you hella charges
