The fear of breakout rooms. It's real, and it definitely got worse since covid started. If you really don't want to talk in breakout rooms, and if you fear it, you have breakoutobia.

Omg breakout rooms, ugh I hate it, please don't pick on me pls pls pls! I think I have breakoutobia FOR REAL.

If we get put into breakout rooms, I'll leave. I have breakoutobia, I don't like having to interact in these sessions!!!
