This attitude would leave one to believe she has been somehow personally wronged. This would not refer to older african american females as they may be justified in their attitude due to actions prior to 1980. Commonly found in the service industry when dealing with the public. Acting as though they are doing you a favor when in fact, they are being paid to assist you as part of their job. Usually considered a form of reverse racism.
