Black of the House (BOH) 

A racially insensitive, humorous pun used by those in the restaurant industry to poke fun of the fact that most of the positions held by black employees are largely kitchen, pantry, dish, utility, etc which are commonly called BOH, or "back of the house positions." Hence "black of the house" pokes fun at this fact.
