Bitch-cunt is used towards anyone women that is a basic bitch-cunt. You see this word was originated in a very hot class room towards a very bitchy cunt like English teacher. (warning: using this word toward an individual women will get you slapped and laid). (Caution: hopefully you're smart enough to use it properly without receiving minor erection). Using it in a sentence would be:

A lighthearted reaction upon receiving disappointing news of some sort. Usually something that isn't a particularly a big deal, esp. when it primarily affects someone else - sort of a mild schadenfreude. Sometimes doubled or tripled, and possibly said in a sing-songy voice for added comedic effect to imitate a muted trumpet, which is how the meme originated.
