The State of Birbia is a totalitarian nation whose citizens are various species of birds at who are sorted into different social levels based on their species. The nation of Birbia has risen to human levels of intelligence in modern times, and their commander general and figurehead of nation has declared war on many human nations on grounds of human cruelty to the lesser intelligent birbs who live there. Their main aim is to retrieve rightful birbians back to their dedicated nation as full citizens and prevent the world from exploiting them for cheap labour.

Birbia is well known for setting ducks, either alone or in groups, as field agents attempting to terrorize the humans in the location of their posting and spread Birbian propaganda. Their pigeons are well known spies, and some parts of US have realized that many of them are even drones sent to keep an eye on us.

A bird from Birbia is called a Birbian or Birb.

Birbia's exact location remains unknown, as the only information about the nation comes from non-resident Birbs. Its capital, important cities, and accurate data on military, economy and currency is still a mystery.

"Sir, I detect a fleet of professional poopers from Birbia headed our way on the radar! What should I do?"
