-When something is seen as really appealing and/or brings satisfaction to and idea or subject.

-Also can be a substitute for "you're mad" or "you're lying".

Teacher: " You got an A on your project Mark, keep up the good work."
Mark: "That's Big Nuke!"

John: "I have a girlfriend, she doesn't live in this country but she's definitely real."
Bob: "Thats Big Nuke bro, your girlfriend doesn't even exist!"
