A term used which you tell people (mostly girls with no brains) where they will go for college. This tells them that they are stupid and have no hopes for their life except their looks.
Girl: OMG!!! I failed the test!!!
Boy: Yeah!!! With those grades you're definitely going to go to Belmont beauty school !!!
