An insult. Its a mixture between calling someone a barn or child and luckas for doors closing. When put together it stands for someone who needs to close there legs because they are raping children too much!

In OSLO NORWAY, the subway drivers say

"Bar na Luckas" which means "the doors are closing"

obviously some canadian FAGGET has gotten the definition wrong...what a fairy
