A talentless, corrupt and self-entitled individual so devoid of insight he/she believes being caught lying or corruptly trying to steal someone else's job is a form of persecution.

John was completely unqualified for the job he demanded, and yet he felt the Government's failure to award him the lucrative position was an example of how badly he was treated. What a Barilaro!.
