Balls on ice

A term used to describe sitting around doing sweet fuck all (nothing or very little) and being a bum. Chilling so hard your balls may as well be resting on ice keeping cool.

"what you doing?"
"fuck all. You?"
"Just got my balls on ice man, my balls on ice"
