It basically means dookie. It can be used as an insult; or it can be used the same way shit is.

Example 1:
“ nigga getcho badoopa headass on elsewhere”

Example 2:
“Badoopa man, I just failed this test.”

The ability to fast-forward your Tivo, after enough buffer has built up, in order to get past the commercials. "Ba-boop" refers to the sound made by the fast-forward function on the the Tivo.

If I have to endure one more of these caveman commercials, I'm going to pluck out my own eyeballs and jam ice picks in my ears. Does your Tivo have baboopability?
