Person B is backstabbing Person A by delibratly releasing private information about Person A that Person A disclosed to person B with the understanding that the private information would not be shared.

Person A is backstabbing Person B by dating Person B's spouse while Person B is married to them.

backstabbing ingrate

Friendly, accommodating and often outwardly pleasant however harbors a deep resentment towards the ways of the world. You cannot give empathy to or trust a backstabbing ingrate. Everything you share will be repeated to others and used against you in one way or another. A backstabbing ingrate will always return to what they know best; often a white trash upbringing surrounded by alcoholism and family disfunction. When you feel the sting of betrayal you know you have met a backstabbing ingrate.

a "friend" that says horrible things about you that aren't true. she will lie over and over again while smiling to your face. she tells people who you like and she doesn't give a sheet. she is a hypocrite who will accuse you of wrongdoing when it's really her. she is the worst friend you can have because you cant trust her.
