Adjective: some bullshit out here that is NOT of God and/or is designed to bring about negativity or confusion. Anything that will bring about negative outcome. Anything you don’t fully understand, so as not to be screwed by it, you generally don’t fuck with it.
White coworker: Hey Duquan, tell me again why you don’t have Direct deposit.

Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
