Brown Supporter. One who supports people with brown colored skin, such as Native Americans, or Latinos.

A white person, who hangs out with a group/clique of darker or "browner" people than he/she is.

Not particularly a wannabe or a cracker.

Politician: I don't think we should prevent the illegal immigration of Mexicans.
Citizen: Dude, he is such a BSer.
