BFWOC is an acronym which stands for Best Friends Without Consent. BFWOC originates from the judicial term T.W.O.C. (Taking without consent) which pertains to theft of automobiles. BFWOC occurs when one person asserts that he/she is the other persons best friend, although the target person does not agree and/or has misrepresented themselves to be in the other persons favor.
