Ayolaism

A philosophy created by a 16 year old born 2007 on March 8. Originates from Xhosa culture from the name Ayola, meaning happiness to others or God's gift.
Principles include positivity, kindness, knowledge and curiosity, mental health and safety of future and environment, exercise, and good human relationships. You have no enemies, just people afraid to admire who you are.

A thesis on the structure of emotional malleability, how constant one can ensure their maintenance of transparency and finally, being permeable to the changing physics and calculations of human error. Which is then put into practice throughout every form of consciousness. To then provide a guide for all to follow and understand. Appreciating the formulas of growth, one must bare in mind that there is room for further evolution by its practitioners. Consists of kindness, a willingness to learn, maintaining security in mind as well as body and human relationships. To never take more than necessary and justify every action with a force of good and never to do harm. Be curious of everything and everyone.

Hey man, I'd really like to ask for help on the periodization and exercise selection for my gym sessions. -accepting you have room to grow and seeking the knowledge of someone else to help you better.

You're not a good person, but you have the potential to be. I pray you find peace and harmonise your thoughts and demons for a better purpose.
