A judgy, snooty, hoity toity middle aged woman who turns her nose up at the rest of the world, especially those from outside her gated community and slice of southern paradise. A Basin Bitch can be overheard shit talking the new neighbors to the maintenance man, accusing non Basin Bitches of making their money on only fans and passively aggressively saying "oh bless your heart" in a southern louisiana drawal while smiling and waving to the exact neighbor they were just shit talking. Basically, a total bitch who has never had to work for anything and hates seeing anyone beneath them succeed.
