A phrase added after any adjective to make it stronger.

Perhaps started by people trying to be less vulgar than using "as fuck" or "as shit", but still wanting to use a dirty word.

The resulting phrase doesn't have to have anything to do with testicles or their qualities; it's almost better when it's very un-ball-like, because it makes other people stop and think how your phrase doesn't make sense.
I'm hungry as balls!
Dude, your mom is hot as balls.

To an extreme degree, especially with regard to temperature. Likely derives from the phrase "cold enough to freeze the balls off a brass monkey," which itself dates back to the 19th century.

An absolutely foolproof way to keep minors from viewing content deemed "too mature" for them to watch.
Billy: "So I was trying to watch some videos for an M rated game, and I ran into an age gate, so I put in my real birthday. SOMEHOW it managed to figure out that I am 12. CURSE YOU AGE GATE!!!"

A)
The Crud that collects under the keys in a keyboard. Usually more severe in the keyboards of programmers and webmasters as they tend to spend a lot of time at the the computer and thus eat at their desk. Mainly affecting IBM Model M (clicly) style boards.

Can also be used to gross out Non-Techie people
