Flake - Someone who is unreliable.

Midget - A tiny sub-species of the human race. Mainly raised in midget mills, for the entertainment of normal people. Midgets in the wild are attracted to sugar packets, and if captured they serve many purposes, such as, midget butlers, wrestlers, and as collectibles.

Arrancar

An Arrancar (アランカル, arankaru) is a Hollow that has removed its mask and gained Shinigami powers. The name "Arrancar" is a Spanish verb meaning "to remove" or "to rip off," a reference to an Arrancar's removal of its Hollow mask. Following the retrieval of the Hogyoku and Aizen's emergence into Hueco Mundo, the Arrancar have become the main antagonists of the series, especially the Espada.

Arirang is the name of most well known Korean traditional song. It is not easy to define the meaning of that word, and when the song had be maden still. But many scholars insist Arirang means "My beloved darling" and it was created in late 19th century. There are many versions of Arirang by region. And the most of them usually start like this "Arirang, Arirang, Arario Arirang Kokerul neomeo kanda.(My darling, my darling, my darling goes over the hill.) If you comment Arirang when you have chance to talk with Korean, most of them would sing the song for you gladly.

You : I can sing Arirang, I am Korean!
Korean : No kidding, but I am impressed.
