Anti-melanism

systemic, cultural, economic, legal, religious, or individual discrimination and prejudice against an individual, race, ethnic group, tribal group, nationality, members of a religious group, or ethnicity that has visibly brown or darker hues of skin color in their physical appearance as a result of elevated melanin levels in their skin
Anti-melanism has been used to subjugate and terrorize black and brown people in societies in Europe, Australia, North America, South America, Asia, Polynesia, and Africa.
