The feeling of being next in line for any event, and the excitement of feeling next in line for said event makes you feel the need to go to the bathroom.

A play on the word anticipation; anpissitation.

My girlfriend was next in line to get her face painted, and was suddenly struck by the gravity of the event and felt a strong urge of anpissitation. She left the line to go relieve herself.

An"piss"itation: that feeling you have, after having to take a leak, when you reach the toilet and as you are starting to undo your pants and you can feel the piss coming out any second whether you are ready or not.

"Man I had the worst anpissitation and now I need me some fresh pants. Hahahahaha

The feeling that you have when you really have to urinate!! The closer that you get to relief, the more intense your anpissatation becomes!!

The closer I got to the toilet, the stronger my anpissatation became. It was almost painful!

ankissipation 

1. The feeling of intense anticipation one is overcome with before kissing someone, generally the first kiss. Your heart will probably be racing faster than Lightning McQueen.

2. The impatience you feel when two characters in a movie or book seriously need to kiss or you will give up on the story.

The ankissipation when he walked me to the door was unbearable.

I almost wet myself with ankissipation when Dave leaned in.

This movie is giving me way to much ankissipation right now. If they don't kiss in the next 30 seconds, I'm gonna throw something.
