Anemoisonder

The bittersweet, heavy feeling of secondhand nostalgia you get when exploring abandoned places or dead online communities. It’s that sudden, deep realization that the ghosts left behind—like frozen 20-year-old forum accounts, dusty bedrooms, or old notes—belonged to real people with complex lives that you will never know, and who have all moved on with time.

A mix of "anemoia" (nostalgia for a time you never lived) and "sonder" (realizing strangers have lives as complex as yours).
Browsing through a dead gaming forum from 2004 gave me a heavy wave of anemoisonder; looking at those avatars, I realized all these random people had entire lives, grew up, and moved on.

A slang term for GLP-1 medications(like Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, etc.), usually referring to their appetite-killing, weight-loss, or “I forgot to eat” effects rather than the medical details.

Usage:
* Often casual, ironic, or meme-y
* Can imply effortless weight loss, suppressed hunger, or being “powered by pharmaceuticals”

Notes:
Not a brand name—just shorthand for the whole GLP-1 wave. Frequently shows up in online jokes, gym talk, and group chats where people pretend they’re *totally* doing it naturally.
