The process in which any student from 7th grade & up feels as though they're going to die unless they consume atleast 3lbs of snack food.

The extreme hunger one gets after school, where you will eat anything in sight.

Tim: "Bro I can't wait to go home and eat that whole box of ice cream sandwiches in my freezer."

Steve: "Sounds like you have serious case of the after school munchies my man."
