The situation where Black Americans, or African Americans, look down on people from Africa and feel they are better than people from Africa.

Afrophobic Elitism 

The situation whereby Black or African Americans look down or feel superior to people from Africa, and perpetuate learned racial behavior and stereotypes against Africans.

He was subjected to 'Afrophobic Elitism' from his black colleagues at work daily.
