When, in a venue wherein considerable amounts of alcohol e.g. Jack and Coke are being consumed, a man who's been working for a long time on his abs has them licked like an ice cream cone. In some cases, this may be followed by other creative or classic uses of the tongue, on other parts of the body.

After ablicking me, she said it tasted like pistachio ice cream.

A mock heart attack, especially in gay men, brought on by a soulful performance by a person of African descent. Sometimes accompanied by repeated exclamations of encouragement or disbelief in a mock Ebonic accent.
