Anyone who replies sarcastically or in words with no meaning to another individual attempting to make a group gathering.

Mostly occurs over social media in group chats such as Snapchat and Instagram, or said allowed in person.

The phrase is to be said in response to the replier in order to undercut their sarcastic attitude.
