4Zs is a way of referring to cough syrup (specifically used in lean) that is commonly sold in 4-ounce bottles.

this is more of an "initial" if you will. it's basically saying that that person using the "tag" is passed the noob-days and now a pwner (im proud of you dude/chick).
most people confuse this for azn (witch means asian). do yourself a favor and don't look like a noob when you say to someone that he/she is an asian with 4zn at the beginning or end of their name.

Used when a person wishes to express distaste at the latest fashion trend/fad, because it seems that everyone has a certain item of clothing or is wearing it. This term is most frequently heard in Paris but is slowly spreading to other parts of France.

A slang term for GLP-1 medications(like Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, etc.), usually referring to their appetite-killing, weight-loss, or “I forgot to eat” effects rather than the medical details.
Usage:
