3% Militia 

The 3% Militia is a highly secret society and top secret militia based in Chicago, IL Gary, East Chicago, Indiana also has ties in Semi Valley, California Birmingham and GAdsden, Al.

Members are very loyal having to give up there family's addresses in order to join you can only be a member if you are born as a member this is a top secret family militia.

Members are told not to give up any information or there family's will be targeted. Most members hide in plain site as normal people in society any leaking of this group will result in a execution style killing.

They are far right anti-government & anti-police.
They use the dark web,legal dispensary's and the silk road to tie there distribution networks this group is not defined as a gang.. although in the prison system it's recognized as a top security threat any individual with a 3% on there body will be kept on 23/1 lockdown in a Level 5 prison. They distribute the cellphones and synthetic drugs as well as other drugs in prisons and have used a variety of ways including drones to get it there. The 3%ers in federal prison run the network from the inside of its walls.
