1337 hour (pronounced Leet Hour) is the time when everyone should stop what they are doing and do something elite. Leet hour is 1:37PM which originates from 1337 or 13:37 military time. It's important to note that 1337 hour is not actually an hour but rather a minute, from 13:37 to 13:38. It is referred to as 1337 hour because actions performed during that minute are more epic than normal actions that actually take hours.

Ratfucker
Brought to public attention by Bob Woodward and Carl Bernstein in the book on the fall of Richard Nixon, All The President’s Men, ratfucker was Nixon’s term for a political operative who sows chaos among opponents; an agent provocateur. It is thought to have originated among campus political rivalries at USC, and seems to have some usage in the US military.
Along with Nixon’s other ratfuckers, Roger Stone caused fights at otherwise peaceful Democratic Party protests to generate a false narrative that the Democrats were violent and dangerous.
