A Dolly Parton is a derogatory name to describe someones shift at work. The people who work “A Dolly Parton” are typically white and self entitled people who work in an office all day. They fantasise about what blend of quinoa they’re gonna eat for lunch and will not work any hours outside of 9-5 Mon-Fri. These people are typically found in office buildings. This term originates from dolly partons hit single in the 80s “9 to 5”
