A man or woman of non-Hispanic descent who has compulsive lustful tendencies toward the Hispanic Race, mostly Mexicans.

This is the third time Shelby has gone after a Mexican. I think she's a burrito chaser.

Burrito Slapped

In reference to the viral video "Arizona racist white ladies threaten Mexican people". Basically when some arrogant people need to be knocked the fuck down! In the video two girls complained about burritos..therefore they should be slapped in their mother fucking ugly ass faces with a burrito. Maybe they'll look better an thank us.
