Parking Vulcher

A person employed to see that parking rules are followed, often narrow minded, often found lurking in a car park at 17:59. Found in several different versions, ie yellow stripped, green stripped etc.

Someone who hangs-out in snow, skate, bmx or other similar recreational park without participating. Can be used to express derogatory or complimentary statement.

executive parking

Getting the best parking spot possible.

May also be exclaimed "Executive!" - as in "look, I found executive parking".

Most likely used when in the car with friends and said in a sing-song voice ("e-XECU-tive"). Often said together as a group as you see the sweet parking spot (many times preceded by a conversation about if you're going to get executive parking)

Passanger 1: "I wonder if we're going to find executive parking, I hate walking 2 blocks back to the apartment"

Driver: "For sure, let me see if the spot is open up front"

Passanger 1, Driver, any other passangers: "ExECUtive!"

Passanger 1: "Bad ass dude, you got executive parking!"

parking troll

A person who, in densely populated areas where demand for parking is high, intentionally approaches an automobile or motorcycle as if they are about to leave, then either stalls by checking their phone, or after a brief stay in the car, closes the door and walks away. A parking troll typically does this in order to annoy the parking campers.

Jill tried to drive drunk last night so I park blocked her. She ended up getting pissed at me, then taking a cab. #winning.
