A system in any work place where promotion or transfer is prevented by Human Resources or a Manager due to the politically incorrect standing of an employee or due to other factors such as age discrimination). The one being shadow cancelled does not know this is taking place to undermine their professional career.

My boss and director recommended my for promotion, but HR vetoed it-I'm sure it is due to me being shadow cancelled so I can't advance.

Disney Channel

Disney Channel is one o he bye inventions ever, I feel like it Wass literally made for people like me. Full of dramedies, coming of age and sitcoms it's everything I like in a nutshell. If you've seen Full or Fuller House, you might enjoy The Suite life on Deck or The Suite Life of Zack and Cody. If you enjoy modern musicals the Disney Channel Musicals Collection on Disney+ is the place for you. Disney Channel was a great invention that I honestly wish was still on TV today. It might be, idk but I can't find it.

Me: I honestly wish Disney Channel was still around.

Me: I meant on normal satellite TV.
Friend: oh.
