A barely sentient person that is so incredibly, impossibly, infuriatingly, aggressively stupid that they are not only a threat to others but themselves as well.

They have been so stupid for so long that correcting, humiliating, or criticising them is comparable to pissing in the wind. You will only kill your own brain cells and hope for humanity.

It's best to limit the damage they cause to yourself and others instead of directly eliminating or easing this cause of stupidity because frankly their stupidity is closer to a force of nature or an intangible idea. Like a hurricane or the concept of hunger.
