one who is unaware of how lame he truly is. he thinks that others love him when in fact, if they could kill one person it would be him. this person usually is very condecending to others and has a tendency to be a stalker. Usually named Garrett.

Garrett thinks he is a badass when in fact he is a tool.

When someone is so dense and pathetic that they are not just a tool, they are an entire toolbox. Toolboxes have a tendency not to think for themselves. Toolboxes are prevelant in frats and sororities, oh and politics.
