Mentally and Emotional Exhausted usually said as Im Tired or You Know What... Im So Tired. or IM TIRED with anger.

Is just over something or so much stuff they dont care anymore and give up and dont want to continue.

b) To fill the immediate vicinity with an obnoxious cloud of smoke, thereby notifying those around you that you're a very important man, smoking a very important smoke

Tire

Tire is one of the most intelligent but also one of the most beautiful people that you will ever ever meet.She is also very funny and can make everyone around her laugh. Her laugh alone is funnier than any joke. She is caring and will stay silent if you make her mad. She has a fear of bathroom rugs but that doesn’t stop her. Her presence lights up a room. If she doesn’t go to a place, the whole gathering is not as good because she makes it better for everyone. Her astonishing beauty will leave you speechless and her amazing personality makes her the perfect person. She is one of those people who deserve a worthy enough soulmate and the whole wide world. If you have a Tire as your bestfriend, consider yourself lucky as she is one of those people who will never leave your side, unless you are throwing up because she will then run for miles. Make sure to not take your Tire for granted as she is one of the best friends that you could ever have in your whole life.
