Pepillo is a nickname predominantly used in the Spanish language. A Pepillo is someone who is a heavy drinker, and tries to get into any girls pants. A Pepillo is known for being a lightweight, and is very picky about his alcohol choices, he will only drink beer, and will make everyone suffer if he does not get his way. Pepillo is also known for stealing articles of clothing from house parties and sniffing it the day after.

Person 1: Hey man what happened last night
Pepillo: I don't know man, I passed out after my first sip of heineken

To be uptight or in a bad mood. Bosses are often pensive and don't even know it. My brother gives me a hard time telling me that pensive means to ponder intently..Whatever. The word sounds like it should mean what I wrote and that's how many people are begiining to use it at work.
