a white chick who only goes after ghetto black guys, who wear over-sized pants and basketball jerseys. She is often fat, but thinks she is just thick, and speaks bad english by placing a "D" in front of words that do not require it, such as 'dis', 'dat', 'da', 'dem', etc. Of the ones who are not fat, they are generally club going girls, and go after the thugged out black guys because they will buy them everything with their drug money.

After you flush something down the toilet, you poop as if you want to chase what you have just flushed down moments ago. This poop is referred to as a "chaser".
