A Tutor is a straw like device, one can even actually use a straw, that's purpose is to smoke drugs off foil. Most people make their own tutors out of old pens, they melt to twist it and add notches because that helps catch alot of build up so when it gets full, they can clean it out and smoke all the build up of drugs their tutor caught. Once you've placed the desired drug substance on a piece of foil, you then take a lighter under the foil and burn the drug. Holding the foil at an angle, so that the substane slides as it burns, you use the tutor to follow the drug while it burns, inhaling through the tutor as you go. Don't touch the end of the tutor to the substance/foil.
