Itch in the Ditch

A painfully awkward or hilariously annoying itch located directly between the butt cheeks. Often strikes at the worst possible moment — during job interviews, funerals, or when you're in public with no hope of relief.

A random itch that is caused by stress while playing a video game. This usually happens while playing a game where you can't take your hand off of the controller.

I was on the final level doing some heavy button mashing then I got gamers itch on my elbow.

The itchy ass you get after eating a moderate to large amount of Cashew nuts. The itching may be the next day, or the itch may lie dormant for several days, and then strike with enough ferocity to cause you to shove a chimney sweep up your ass.
